I have the Sigma 150mm f/2.8 (non OS) - great quality, useful extra reach - particularly good for dragonflies.
Downside is that it's just a bit on the heavy side.

My broadband speed is usually around 0.9MBps and BBC iPlayer generally stops and starts. I was very surprised to find that Netflix streamed with no problems at all - even with other people in the house using the bandwidth.
The problem for me is that there is not a big enough selection of films...
