Ihave used them - no problems and no problems with equipment - got a 300 2.8 from them - tracked from HK - in UK within 48 hours and then sat in a UK Parcel Force warehouse for 72 hours waiting to be delivered over the weekend. Apart from the delay at the UK end - no issues with them

Prime for me - no second thoughts - some may enjoy using the 100-400 I never did and got rid of it

tell you what to do look at the website for the hotel you were at the other week, then look at the lnks for photographers all in your area and see how they charge. More for attendance I reckon than per print !
