Was thinking it was too dear myself. I'd need to get a lens too and kit lenses are going for around £150+ so not such a good deal. Just ordered a new one instead - would rather have the comfort of the 2 year warranty
Thanks Dave, the body comes with a grip and wired remote as well as a 2GB card and the sensor has been cleaned and had a full service. Price is £500. Too dear?

Got an email last night to say my card would be refunded for the bumper I bought. I bought 2 phones though so I should also be entitled to another bumper or case FOC.
Had a D90 up until a couple of months ago and I sold it - regret that so much now. I'm just back from Florida and really missed having a proper camera. On the look out for another one now. Looking forward to joining the D90 club again.
Cheers

Cheers Claire. E-mailed them as they didn't have either in stock. The black version is £40 + VAT delivered. Think I'll see if my mum can pick one up for me in the states instead.
Due to my obsession with bags I now have a Crumpler Daily 490 and a Pretty Boy XXL (being replaced with a Muffin Top 7500 as the pretty boy is a tad small). I also have a Crumpler Double Charge which I use as my "Manbag" for work to carry lunch, hard drive etc.

My mum is off to Chicago at the beginning of October so I could ask her to bring me one back. They are about $225 which is about £140 but I don't know if the warranty issue and the risk of having to pay duty is worth £25.
Cheers guys.
I liked the idea of the size of the 400 and the fact that it doesn't add much bulk to the camera. Would I also have the option of using the 600 off the camera? Think I'm leaning towards the 600 - anyone know anywhere selling it cheaper than £165?
Noob flash question guys.
I have a Nikon D90 and I'm thinking of a proper flash. I was looking at the SB-400 due to it being better than the in-built flash and the ability to bounce. However this can only be done in landscape and not portrait. The SB-600 has a lot more control but is also...
