Hey Kris I have a Nissin Di466 and A Yongnuo 560 both of which are good, the Nissin is TTL (through the lens, flash metering) too, can't remember if the 20D has the Canon TTL. I got them both from ebay and both cost less than £50 each. I also brought the Yongnuo digital wireless controller kit...
