L Bracket for EOS-R with battery grip

Is there one which isn't mega pricey? It would be too much of a pain to continually remove battery grip and replace battery cover etc just to be able to use an L-bracket on a tripod so need an L Bracket that allows the battery grip to remain in place as well as use of the screen Thanks in advance

    Jacbos Digital Photography

That's happened to me before with WEX - it was nothing to do with them - it was NatWest putting a block on all my cards as one of their random fraud checks. Phone your bank - you may find the same issue with another supplier too..

    Framing advice

I assume you've made sure that the prints really are 16x12 (ie 406*304.8) and not actually 40*30cm ;) What's your budget? People like eframe provide acrylic glazing as standard on their custom frames so you could get them made. It also depends whether you're looking for the images to be...

Help! lightroom says not enough memory to export

quite a lot if issues with performance of Lightroom 3 on the web (and I'm experiencing them too since upgrading from 2.6) but one thing I've noticed in things I've read are associated with temp files and brushes so, you closing and reopening may have cleared down whatever was eating your...

    Viewing Device

I've got a Vosonic VP8860 which will perform full back-ups from cards, allow copies, slide shows etc etc. It also supports RAW including from my 7D etc which I'm not sure all the other viewers do. It also supports movies, has in-built radio, music storage etc too. There many good and bad bits...

    Canon 70-200 or Canon 100-400

Having both (ie 70-200 2.8IS + 1.4 and a 100-400), even on a crop sensor like mine, if most of the shooting you're going to do is wildlife then I would go for the 100-400 - particuarly on the full frame. You'll find you're using the longer length much more than the short and therefore you'd...

    EOS7D and wireless flash?

I don't know whether it's the first to support it but, yes, it does. Tried mine for the first time today with the 580EX off camera triggered by the onboard one.

    7D Arrived Yipee!!

It's ok, the default seems to be that the camera is set to take shots without a CF card. So, we'll never see the red pixels recorded anyway. In many ways, not having a card installed might be the best way to improve my shots ;)

    7D Arrived Yipee!!

Congrats. You've done more than me then. Mine arrived as week ago and all I've had time to do is charge the battery and hide the thing from my wife ;) She's back at work tomorrow and I've got the day off so hopefully I'll actually get to play. The upgrade from my 20D better be worth it!

    AP - Canon and Nikon

I read it this morning (a vested interest as my 7D arrived last week!) and was a bit disappointed that just about the whole review seemed to be about the AF systems. Yes, there were brief bits about the video and metering etc but as a comparative review, it seemed a little thin. I perhaps...

    Cheap printer advice

check out the Canon Outlet on ebay... I picked up two printers for peanuts (ie both together including shipping came to less than £50!). Both are photo printers. At the mo, I'm using the MP460 printer (which is an all-in-one) mainly for normal text printing but the photos off it are fine...
