Have to agree purchased a Canon R7 from them which after a few months developed a fault I asked them for a replacement rather than a repair as the camera was nearly new No problem new camera was dispatched before I had returned the faulty one cannot fault customer service like that !!

still on V5 heard mixed results so will wait .... don't fix it if it isn't broken :)

Recently purchased a lens from MPB it had some focus issues but was promptly replaced for another lens. It is this sort of service that gives one the confidence to deal with MPB again Great service from these guys .

Placed an order late last night got an e-mail to say what I ordered didn't suit image size I sent ( As this is first time i have ordered a canvas ) given a few options to make sure canvas would be what I needed just got confirmation of dispatch... what a Great Service cannot wait to see canvas...

The Weekend days will be the Best Days for "Models" . I shall be there all 4 Days .. it also helps if you know the Girls too..The lighting in the NEC is Rubbish ... Shoot Raw and adjust later ..

I use Wipe n Clear Lens Wipes from Costco..individual packs always carry some.. blow dust off smear free finish :thumbs:
