Had a few problems with it on XP. Screen freeze and failure to open new screens from links a few times.

I bought a 100-400 last week and have a UV filter on the end of it. Is it not a good idea to use a filter with this particular lens?

Just a quickie!. I understand how a ND Grad Filter can be useful when using it for landscapes (split horizon etc..) but in what circumstances would you just use a ND Filter for Landscapes. Genuine question. Mike - I've bought one of those Cokin ND grad kits but not as yet used it in anger.

Hi. Need a bit of help here with elements. For some reason I can no longer use any of the tools. All I get is the PAN HAND regardless of what I'm selecting. It's driving me up the wall. Anyone know why this is happening or how to stop it?

Think of RAW as your digital negative and a JPEG as the processed end product.
