Have a look at photoshop elements. Might be around the £80 mark and very good!! Next step up would be possibly CS5 or similar and that's £500 mark! I use elements 9 not the latest 13. And I'm happy good editor and organiser. And it's photoshop so plenty of advice and lessons on it.
