Can anybody recommend a picture framing course?

I pay to have my pic's pro framed and they do look much better than when i stick them in a of the shelf number. Just seems like a lot of messing around doing your own unless it's your business. Just a note!

    Advice on walk about lens

By more powerful i mean a faster lens, i think it's between the Tamron 17-50 or the Sigma 24-70. Thanks for all your help.

    Advice on walk about lens

Having recently purchased a D300 i am looking to replace my 18-55 kit lens for something more powerful. The lenses I currently have are, Sigma 150mm, Sigma 70-300mm and Sigma 10-20mm. Does anybody have suggestions for a walk about lens to replace my kit lens, price up to £500. Cheers.:help:

Original tutorial was very good and with AdeS suggestion for Elements users it is even better. Thanks to both.
