Spot-free sensor, Thank You

Well I thought I did but just went through the process again slowly and it worked so no, I probibly didn't. Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your replies. Yes that was exactly what happened, I had d lighting on and turning it off, as I shoot raw, got rid of the icon. Not sure why that icon is not in the menu pic showing all the lcd icons. Thanks again.

Either visit the site and e-mail the support team or call customer services on 0844 553 2323 They take your details and camera serial number and ask if you've updated the firmware to v1.03. They then give you a ref Number. In about 4 weeks they will send you a pre-paid envelope to return the camera.

Lines work now, got through at 15:37.

Just called, at 14:07 and the line is closed due to technical difficulties. Wonder if it's because there's too many people trying to call.
