I'm currently a Fuji user (having moved from Canon a few years ago). I think I would stick with the same brand but maybe try and get newer models for better video features.
Well that’s a dead end then hah!
Thanks for the info, I won’t bother with that then. I’d love an older forum member to have first hand experience with this guy.
I also want to compare it to a new one to check how accurate it is.
It’s very simple, point the arrow at your iso and then trigger flash. Where the arrow points you cross reference the chart.
I might ring the number one day!
I can’t even remember how I gained this but I’ve been using it to meter flash for a little while and it works great! Does any one know anything about them? Any history?
I bought a Yashica T af today, and unfortunately it’s not working! I bought it cheap (and I’m a mechanic) so I don’t mind stopping it and having a look.

apart from the tilty flipy screen, im not sure there is too much difference between a 70d and 7d. and you can pick up a 7d now for about 600 odd pounds second hand. leaves a load of cash for a lens, and your familiar with canon systems.
the focus system as brilliant, iq fantastic, weather...
I have the tamron and the imagine quality is far better, as well as having the constant 2.8 through the zoom range just makes it easier to shoot with in certain situations
