quick question has anyone used a mirror lens for wildlife?

Just had a look at the 24mm looks good will I be able to drop the background at 2.8 ?

I’m wanting it for self takes wen I’m fishing but sometimes restricted with space and sometimes find it hard so far away from the camera

Sorry I mean move the camera closer to the subject so from the comments I would say wider angle

hi I got a fixed 50mm 1.8 that I love but I’m looking for something where I’m closer to the subject with the same sort of quality’s as the 50 but not sure what I’m looking at and don’t want to break the bank

Both doors wer shut but I do get a message sometimes saying can’t read card format it and try again

hi how important is image stabilisation I'm looking at canon 75-300 with is and without is are there much difference between them is it worth paying the extra for is I don't do videos only photos want to use the lens for wildlife and out door sports any info would b much appreciated thanx
