That's a bit concerning that you need to modify it to get it to do what it says on the box. How do you modify it yourself?

I've seen the Samyang one Stu but have not read any reviews. I think I'd be a little reluctant to screw it onto a D4..!

Thanks Bob, unfortunately my project budget won't extend to all three so I may need to take a punt on the middle ground and the 45mm one. I'd be interested to see some examples of your work with PC lenses if you're able to share?

I'm about to buy a Nikon PC lens but which one do I buy, the 24mm f3.5, the 45mm f2.8 or the 85mm f2.8? I'll use it for architectural, landscape and product images. Has anyone got any experience on the differences of the lenses or any sample images?

Got one too, absolutely fantastic but after a year of normal use it's been in with Nikon for a replacement lens release button and back again now since seeing smoke coming from the card slot..!! Playing with a D810 in the meantime which reminds me of my old D300 in so many ways, just far better...
