I have tried some free/trial VPN's but ended up getting Windscribe VPN and got it for 3 year deal as it was good offer at the time. Can't fault it really, works great. They started to offer "build a plan" some time ago where you can get specific server...
if it's only photos you working on, iMac is ideal. Minimum specs: i7 / 512GB SSD / 16GB+ RAM which you can upgrade yourself. I would choose best GPU available at the time (but for photo editing even Radeon Pro 570 will be enough).
Gsuite is great for businesses (we IT company and hosting our emails on there) but all out clients are on office365 exchange (it gives more control in exchange, Azure sync with their servers's AD and more etc...)

looks like they have something added into your functions.php (via add_action) backdoor code. and it's simply using www.yoursite.com/?HackerCustomPath^administrator^password to create an admin account in the db. after that he can just login as normal.
