I use elements 11- should be the same:
Try- edit menu/colour settings - always optimise for printing.
then file menu / print dialog - choose more options at bottom of dialog
choose colour management - photoshop elements manages colours
Printer profile should be the paper profile

I am looking to install a waste ink tank for my epson 2100. Does any one know the correct size silicone tubing (internal and external diameter) to connect to the printer internally ? and does a waste ink tank work succesfully

My printer can output at 1440 and 2880 ppi. Some people advocate using a photo resolution of 360dpi (as it is exactly divisible into printer resolution) others say print at 300dpi. Adobe elements defaults to 240dpi.
What is the consensus of opinion on this- which gives best VISIBLE photo...
My canon a4 expired recently - I managed to purchase a used epson 2100 a3 printer cheaply - this was a pro standard printer and can be picked up on ebay for around £25- £50. great quality colour, b+w not so good

I've only recently got my head around this colour management thing!. It is my understanding that a profile takes into account ink density and colour applied to a given paper, and absorbtion of ink by the paper.
Poah is certainly far more expert in this field than myself.
