I have a Tamron 70-300 for my D3000 but have found I end up with purple fringing on a lot of my images. Is there any way to avoid this at the longer focal lengths? Am I doing something to cause this? If not is there any comparable alternative considering I bought this lens as I wanted a...

Week 7 - People Tried to catch some Morris Dancers today but it was really difficult. Most came out with people chopped in half or oof so this is best of a bad bunch!

I have just read Understanding Exposure too (from the library) and found it incredibly informative. Learnt a lot from it and now have just started Understanding Shutter Speed. :thumbs:
