zenfolio upload from LR settings

ok so am trying to work out the best export settings to apply to a wedding gallery I'm trying to upload.

According to Zenfolio these should be exported as full size images (I would want these as high res versions for one vision printing and online backup), but when I go to export the 500 or so pics, it says upload time of 30hrs! My internet speed is good so wanted to see what works for people.

Should I re-size them down to 5meg files or something to help?

I upload my images at 12x8 level 12 and the upload time varies depending on what time of day it is.

Also, once the upload starts the time generally recalibrates itself to your upload speed which is usually quicker especially if you have cable BB like me.
