luckily its a work phone, but unluckily it was almost new and i had to wait nearly 3 weeks for the last one!!

That'll learn ya for taking your phone in to skive on the throne playing angry birds/wheres my water.
 
In a conversation with a chap at Orange Cust Serv - this is the most common occurrence for insurance claims....

In my last job, we came in to work one morning to find one of our customers had managed to speed dial us from the bathroom.
The answerphone had a recording of the whole performance... :$
