[RANT] 
Why do they have to do it?
My job is quite easy some days other days can be quite technical and taxing but thats OK, you just take the rough with the smooth
BUT Why Oh why do the office staff have to stick their oar in ?
why can't they leave the technical stuff those that understand it?
It just makes my life so much more complicated and loaded with hassles when a customer quotes back to me mis-information that they have been given by unqualified "clerks" and wants to know why I am not doing it that way or using equipment / products that were quoted over the phone "as the best for the job"
I have requested that I be called "Kermit" at work from now, on but no one has had the gumption or sense to ask why!
If they did I would tell them that its 'cause I am surrounded by 'kin MUPPETS
