exactly, happens on another forum I spam the pants off... you've completed your masterpiece, a symphony of insults and swear words, only to find after smashing the 'Submit Reply' button the thread is in lock down. So now I use 'In Before The Lock' instead.

Nope! but in future if i ever come up with a Shakespearian masterpiece of a reply again, I'm going to type it in word, so at least I can open up a new thread later.

Anyway I'm a mod on a fairly large forum (55,000 members about) And I always get moaned at when I close a topic because someone does a long reply and it's closed (Or deleted if it's a spammer).
