Hi guys,

just wanted to let you know about an event I am organising next week at the University of Leeds. I have arranged world renowned landscape photographer Steve Gosling to come and give a talk between 19:00-20:30 next wednesday (13th March). The cost of this talk is only £5 and all money raised is to be used to purchase new equipment to run future educational work at the university society. Tickets can be purchased from below and i hope to see as many people from TP as possible.

Pretty sure that duo were Performance-Bikes-Magazines pet snappers in the 90's, and renowned for images depicting a lot of two-wheeled hooliganism on the public highway.....

Cant make it to leeds, and not even sure its the same fella (have been flicking through copies of Motociurse, probably older than you, looking for Credits, but cant find any; seem to recall they atributed authorship to a compound of thier two sirnames...) line of enquirey for you in Q&A time, perhaps.... certainly be interested to confirm the link.

Sorry I wont be able to make it to the talk though.

I'd find a way of taking money on.the door even if it's a folding table and a cash box. Walk up for events like this is always critical and turning people away will hit your bottom line.

Ill definitely try and sort cash taking on the night but card payments are definitely not going to be possible, thanks for the suggestions though :-)

No worries, cash payment should be fine it's only a fiver and you'll be suprised how many people just show up on the night if they can.

I think their name for was Gold n' Goose, or something pretty close to it.
(I was a Performance Bikes subscriber)

Yeah we can accept cash on the door no problem but if you are paying cash on the door it would be great if you could bring the right amount of money as they won't have masses of change
