YN-560 Flash Any Good?

Hi all,
Ok I have the Canon Eos 7D and want to fire off a bank of 4 or 8 flashguns wireless I am shooting Freestyle Motocross most of my work is outdoors so I don't light them but have a few shows to cover through the winter I did use my canon 430 ex last year but need more bang lol a bank of 4 or 8 430's or 580's is way out of price range for the amount of shows I do indoors so for 9 months of the year they wont be used anyone with any feedback?

Where are you in North Wales? you're welcome to come down and try mine. It won't do FP sync, but apart from that it's a cracking flash, easy to use and powerful.

I have 3 of them (& a Nissin di-622mk2) and I also use the 7D. They certainly do give a lot of bang for your buck etc...Nice simple operation including manual zoom (on the flash) so you can aim your beam/s spread accordingly.

Either use the 7d's pop up flash to fire them them, or some radio triggers (not TTL though) but you probably know all this
