Hi all. For the last couple of years I have had the canon 50d with 17-85mm is ultra lens.

Today my dad asked me if I wanted to do a swap for his set up, I said yes please as soon as I could.

My current bag is a Kata 3n1-20 and with the new kit, things are to tight.

I would like a holdall style one.

new kit that I wall need to fit in is..

Canon 7d with big battery grip
Canon 17-85 is ultrasonic
Canon 50mm 1.4 prime
Canon 70-300 is ultrasonic
Canon speedlite 550ex
charger
filters
and other odds and sods

what bag would you recommend please.

thanks
Ian

I've got a lowepro pro runner 300 AW. It's a rucksack but has lots of room.
Easily held my 5D3, 40D, 24-105mm L, 100-400mm L, 18-55mm, 50mm and all my batteries, filters etc.

I just got the Vanguard Heralder 38, and it's... big..

Shoulderbag with many nice touches and well thought through... some shots here: http://www.talkphotography.co.uk/th...rchased-this-week.507360/page-11#post-5992377

Not sure, if you're looking for shouldbag or rucksack though... if you like more shots of it, just call!

I've got the same problem haha an chance you could put up more shots mate...

Didn't think it was worth making a new thread when there was one exactly what I need :/ haha hope you don't mind

the Vanguard Heralder 38 does look nice, but abut to much ££ at this time of the year. but one to save for. what would fit at the cheaper end of the scale please?

Perhaps have a look at cambags for inspiration? http://www.cambags.com/bag-type/backpacks.html
You can search for number of cameras and lenses...

Happy Hunting!

I think, the Heralder is my bag number nine...

I bought a Lowepro Classified 250 recently. I'm not making the best use of the space but for convenience I currently have a 5d2(with battery grip) and a 70-200 2.8, a 7d(with battery grip) and a 100mm macro (or 70-300) attached facing downwards in either 'half' of the main compartment and a mr14ex macro flash in a pocket between them.

It's about the same dimensions as the Heralder 38 I believe but a little cheaper. I got mine from an ebay seller, photoexpresslakeland and it runs in at £72.45 inc delivery.

do you think my set up will it into a redsnapper snapper duo bag please?

I've a Lowepro mini trekker which should hold your kit - i think the Pro runner is the new version of it...

Quality Billingham 335...
