Xmas haters only

I bloody hate the next week or so,drives me to distraction.

Ah well, plenty of walking about the countryside for me,away from all the merry,festive people.........:thumbs:
 
Rather than start a new antichrist mass thread, I'll slightly hijack this one. Firstly to convey my thanks to Dangermouse1964 for the link and secondly to say that I hope all the kids in New North Road, Exeter got all their gifts from Santa last night. I wouldn't normally worry but I saw 4 Santas last evening and the one I saw on NNR was spewing his guts up into somebody's garden so may have been too unwell to complete his delivery schedule. The other 3 santas didn't look too steady on their feet but weren't actually puking when i saw them.

Yip, I go along with that.
The hassle associated with shopping etc. at this time of year is a big downer for me.
I seem to meet more folk walking in the countryside at this time of year that any other.
Either they are visitors or only walk once a year.
