X-rite iI display wont connect with Mac

For some reason my x-rite i1 Display stopped connecting, so I formatted the mac to try again and still no luck, when I open the i1profiler software it says Device Ready and under that device not ready.
The White light on the I1 display is flashing as normal as when measuring ambient light.
if no luck I will contact x-rite in the morning, only brought if from focus 2012 NEC this year.

Does any one have any advice, thanks

Yes I had to return it and get it replaced "faulty"
