Well, I've taken the plunge and joined their 1 month trial for £1.
Within a couple of hours of joining, I had a phone call from James at theimagefile, asking if he could arrange a suitable time to go over the website and how it all worked. We arranged the following day at midday. Bang on midday, call came and I can't believe how friendly and helpful James was. Took me through all the workings, uploads, profiles, costings etc etc and easily answered all the questions I had.
So far so good. Will keep you all posted as to how it goes

Spent a bit of time yesterday with it. Bought my own domain name and have set URL forwarding to my area at theimagefile - this was easy to do and was working within a few minutes.
Created a collection yesterday and again this was really easy and worked first time. Very impressed so far.
Job for the weekend will be setting up price lists. There are several on there if you wanted to use them, but I'm going to set up my own based on what the lab is actually going to charge me. I can see this being the most time consuming part of setup.
If interested in a look, there is a Test event setup on there already (not my images I might add but the front page contrasty image is mine!) so go to my site and enter the password 'test', just to see how it looks etc

Just a quick update... not a lot to say though!
Website has given me no problem. People are viewing my images, again with no reported problems.
Upload has been very quick, no failures. All good.
Not a bad word to say about theimagefile. Had one quick query the other day, called the helpdesk number and was put straight through to a techie. Query answered in seconds. Can't get better than that surely?
