When creating a post, click on one you would like to insert, if you click on 'More' you get to select all the ones available on here. :thumbs:
 
Another cool thing is that at the bottom of the page on the LHS you can change the colour scheme of the forum, i think it's for all the "mature" readers, who are still living in black and white :thumbs: (sorry old git)
