The following was literally less than 30 secs on the original file size before and after - resized to fit here... paint over what needs to go and bang.
obviously it's a bit rough and hit and miss.. though for a 30 sec paint job....
(doing it seriously, I would blend in the skin more towards the nose and loose the greyness....... ) but thats a pretty bloody good algorithm..... my pc is in meltdown though....
