Real or not, I could not really comment until I had seen it for myself, at that time, BUT i think that it got the reaction that was intended by the "artist", shock, disbelief, awe. Then again i could be wrong, lol
 
It's definitely eye catching. The artist did it to be controversial and it worked.

Would I choose to have it on the back of my ute? No.

Would I be insulted by it and complain? Also no.
