Would this run cs5 & Lr5 well

Just wondering if this laptop would run Photoshop cs5.1 and Lr5.3 well? Preferably with no hanging or waiting for it to do actions such as filters and brush work etc.

Probably not without some lag, but I'd not expect it to be terrible.
