Wordpress trackback

I keep getting emails for approving comments on my website
It's on wordpress and the emails are "trackback" from weird jibberish sites.
Should I approve these as it's from google and something to do with SEO or is it just harmful spam stuff?
Ive had around 5 lately and just been ignoring them so far. Anyone know about these?

I would ignore them, I often get these, and they are nothing but spam.
