Hi all.
So, I've finally decided to give up on Flash. I was only using it because it was the only way I knew how to build a working site anyway.
Now, I like the look of Viewbook, and a few friends who use it, recommend it. Hassle free versions of your site for all those people who insist on using Apple products is handy too.
Only problem I can see at the moment, is keeping my blog, which is currently Wordpress powered and hosted with the rest of my site on GoD*ddy.
I want to dump my GoD*addy hosting because it runs like a two-legged dog with arthritis. Obviously most of my site would be hosted on Viewbook, but would I have to pay for separate hosting for my blog (eg via Wordpress itself) and then redirect it to a page on my site somehow? If that's the case, and it's hosted separately from my main site, is it possible to keep the URL of my blog the same as it is now? (jamesthomasphoto.com/blog).
Anybody have experience of using Viewbook's RSS features to keep their blog on the main site? I know it works OK with Tumblr blogs at the moment.
Thanks in advance, the internet is something I wish I understood better. :bonk:
