Cymru (thats the chaps in Red) played the Sais (thats the chaps in white)

the chaps in red scored 26 points and the chaps in white scored 19

with 26 being a bigger number than 19 the boyos in red won the game

think of it as a game of football but without the prima donnas (G Hensen excepted), gamesmanship, pretending you are injured, backchatting the ref, and fans fighting each other and you will be most of the way there. :D

so, it's like football, but played by men with odd-shaped balls, then isn't it?

lol thanks. i think the most of a game of rugby ive ever watched was the firstminute, while i hunted for the remote control to turn it over lol

:razz::razz::razz::razz:

Hook looks bloody good though!

Can't believe the Ireland score from yesterday

At least my froggies are winning though :D

Rugby Union

The beeb rates the 6 nations as the biggest thing since sliced bread but it puts me to sleep.

Yesterday was the start of the more classy Rugby League season.

Us Northerners know how to play rugby properly. None of this 'oooooh, I've caught the ball but someone is running towards me so I'll just kick it back up the pitch' :D

No scrums or rucks that last half the match and the play moves 5 yards. Just proper tackling and pace to score tries.

Looking forward to good season for Warrington this year.

Come on the Wolves :woot:

I nearly came in here armed with a portion of Way, and a side serving of Hay...but I steer clear of sports..I'll have to find another thread to serve em in now :D

il stick with my beloved liverpool and footy i can understand that lol

RL>FU

I went to the leeds vs hull kr game on saturday and it was a nail biter! Being a Rhinos fan obviously the result suited me but for 3/4 of the game I wasn't a happy bunny!
