Wont open

Hi
I am having trouble opening elements 7, I click on the short cut symbol on the desktop and nothing happens so I go to start ,all programs and click on elements,open and still nothing happens. I should point out that I have only had it a couple of days so it's probably me doing something wrong but all help welcome Boger

Hi Roger, welcome to TP. Sorry your first post has to be a problem! Sounds as if the programme may not have installed properly. May be worth re-doing it.

Thanks for your reply jon. I have re-installed the program and when I tried it out last night all was well, hope it stays that way.
