Wix and html5 vs Flash

Hey everyone so, using my new iPad the other day and thought I would visit my website, see how it looked and it's then when I remembered that iOS (and many other portable devices) don't support flash!

So I'm now switching over to HTML 5 using the wix editor and seem to be getting on with it "ok" but wondered what you lovely people have done to get around the flash limitation on portable devices either those hosted by wix, other hosts or sites built by yourself from the ground up?

I'm not in a position to build a website from ground up hence my love for "wix" as the template and editor are fantastic. So would you stick with wix or can you recommend another "similar host" that is better? (not that at this point I find anything wrong with wix but that might be down to me bring naive)

Although Apple doesn't support Flash natively, there are other browsers available in the App store for free, e.g Puffin.

It'd help if we could see your Wix site before we recommend an alternative?

Although, I have to admit - I've never seen a Wix site that I liked, but I am open minded.

Oh, and it'd help if we understood what your aims are for the site - your priorities, your vision, what do you want it to achieve.
