can anyone tell me if the built in wireless flash trigger on the canons gives you full dedication

I'm not sure what you mean by "full dedication".

7D, 60D and 600D are the only current Canons thats offer wireless E-TTL from the camera body.

This can also be achieved by a hotshoe transmitter such as a ST-E2 (or clone) or a flash on the hotshoe/OCF cord with a built in Master function such as a 580exII.
