Can anyone point me in the direction of a wireless flash transmitter to use with a D200 and an SB-600 flash. I took the cheapo option and bought one from e-bay but now kind of regret not having TTL!

Just there are so many different cords and accessories, i'm not sure what I'm looking for!

Thanks :)

Why do you need TTL - it will just mean the camera mucks it up!

use an ordinary auto flash gun (like a Metz 45 or other simple flash gun) and set it for one stop less than the lens - eg, lens set at f5.6, set the flash to f4. that will give you a bit of boost without it looking false. If you use TTl you will end up doing this by using the flash exposure compebnsation dial anyway - and it will be a very expensive way of doing the same thing!

Flash photography is a little new to me if i'm honest so you'll have to excuse my ignorance :( The SB-600 doesnt have the option to stop the lens, just 1/32 or 1/64 power etc.

I was working with a press photographer today using SB-800 and a cord for some slight off camera flash so I would have thought that it was TTL?
