Once again, I'm moving studios, finally to the space I've been after for about 5 years now.
Although I contacted virgin 2 months ago to make the move to the new studio next door (its literally next door, through the wall) they came out last friday and found a blockage in the pipe so cant install the internet and phone line for a few weeks.

Fairly standard for them but I have access to my current place for a while so can leave the internet and phones connected.
What I do need though is an access point in the new place that I can hard wire computers using network cable since they dont have wifi.

Can anyone recommend a Decent but fairly cheap sub £50 access point or router than I can use to bridge the gap?

Also our phones are pretty terrible, the signal does reach but its not that good so need to get some new phones.

Unless you're planning to poke a hole in the wall and push a cable through, ideally what you want is a media bridge. Most wi-fi range extenders don't offer this (I have one that does but it's double your budget) so you need to look at routers. I can't help there as I'm just not up on cheaper routers.

An alternative could be my favourite range extender with a switch which will only go a bit over budget.
