Windows 10 File Explorer.

Is there a way to force the File Explorer to always open with the ribbon showing? I've googled it but can't find anything that works.

Somewhere on the top LHS of the explorer window there is a horizontal line with a drop down arrow underneath it.
Click that and it opens the customise quick access toolbar menu, then click minimise the ribbon that either shows it or hides it.
