Win10 v1809 ~ windows updates oddity~now v1903 coming

Hi all

I have noticed, not sure when I first spotted it, that when I click on the listed updates in the Windows Update dialogue GUI it opens the appropriate web page...........................but for the MS Germa website.

It used to be the english language site but as mentioned above I am not sure when I first noticed the change but fairly sure v1809 was OK to start with!

Has anyone experienced the same? I wonder if anyone can have look and see if the english page(s) open for you?

PS all the language settings on the PC are UK British English

It translates that the key element of the update is:-

Improvements and corrections
This update contains quality improvements. Important changes:

• Fixes the issue that some "gov.uk" sites that do not support HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) may be inaccessible in Internet Explorer 11 or Microsoft Edge.

But there were likely some W10 v1903 update triggers because this morning immediately after booting up Win Update triggered and advised that Windows Feature update 1903 being downloaded, this must have a been a pre-cursor step because when I looked it said 89% ......but it is now and has been for a while downloading version 1903 currently at 39%, so will be a while yet.

WUP finished downloading and now says "installing 40%...."
