Win 8.1 licence

Hi all,
I have a win8.1 disc that I installed on a desktop PC, I also have a laptop that I'd like to use it on. Can I use this disc and buy another licence- if so where's the cheapest place to buy one?

What OS have you got on the laptop at the moment? If windows 7 you could always just upgrade to 10 for free

No it's still running Vista!
