Win 10 Pc in trouble

Hi all,
So the wife's Dell Win 10 PC is having problems- since the so-called "creators Update"
Several problems include, freezing , slow , won't load programmes , folders moved to other locations to name but a few
Tried scanning for malware and virus's but can' find anything
What is the best course of action here? Reset? I notice ther are two options ie a hard reset or soft reset
Anyone done this with any success?
Its only six months old - is it worth contacting Dell?

Probably try a rollback, most likely some of the drivers haven' t updated or aren't available
Have you tried the Dell website to see if any updates are available for your hardware?

Looks good! Would I lose anything? ie iTunes and personal files?

download the dell driver update tool and scan for newer drivers.

go to dell.com/support enter service tag, then go to downloads and drivers and press the detect drivers button.

download and run the file.

also check the event log for any errors around the crash time.

Restore to the last time you know that it was working okay ... hopefully you will have suitable restore points.

will give an indication of whats causing the crash.
