Will a UK AC3 controller fit a USA Flex system?

As per title. I have a US flex system, tt1 and tt5 and want to add a AC3 to it. Amazon have them at £41 at the min so if it will work I'll get one. otherwise I'll have to try Digital Rev but they are £59. Unless anyone has an alternate who supplies US versions.

I would guess it'll be fine, nothing to do with RF etc.
