No
AS stated, I can find it wont fit on FF cameras, but this is 1.3 crop.

Thanks

Andrew

If i am correct, then no.
the 1dmkii only takes EF lenses, the same as a FF camera

officially no, but you can remove part of the back of the lens meaning it will physically mount, but can only be used from about 12mm onwards to avoid the mirror hitting the back of the lens (lots of people have modified it for fitting a 5D)

Would have thought it easier just to buy an EF mount UWA then to balls up a lens and ruin its resale value

Whoaaaa there!!

I think I will process the answer as a no. ;)

Thanks everybody for the quick replies!!

Id still take mine and stewarts advice, and just get a FF dedicated UWA lens, instead of modding a 10-22.

Technically, 10mm on a crop Canon gives you a FoV of 16mm, so if your happy with that then look at the 16-35L or maybe just a lens that goes to 17mm would do for your needs. But if you want crazy UWA then the 12-24mm should be a first call really.

The Tokina 12-24 is also an EF lens, although on full frame I think it will leave black bits around the sides. :)

Yep. The Sigma 12-24mm is compatible with full frame, where it is absolutely, postively, insanely wide.

With very little "wibble" along the edges. (There are converging verticals though but what else would you expect from a UWA?)
