They do sensor cleaning for £35 per camera.. I took two 1dx cameras that are mostly spare so havent been cleaned serviced for a couple of yrs.. a 1dx2 and a 1dx 3.. as you can see from the pic below the 1dx where pretty disgusting and the other 2 probably normal for outdoor hard working cameras

48 hrs later all 4 sensors clean as a whistle.. no point showing aftre pics as its juts pics with no spots:)

the two guys where friendly and knowledgeable wiht one an ex pro newspaper guy...

Wow that was pretty bad, think I paid £40 to clean a fuji xt 2 or 3 a few years ago. Any reason you don’t clean them yourself.

These are outdoor working cameras to be fair and the two 1dx I use sparingly if at all so i tend to not bother havign them cleaned serviced.. more time than I realised had passed.... I now have it in the diary to take them all again in 6 mths

Why do I not clean them ,myself.. .. when I started many yrs ago NOT many poeple did there own.. and it was scarey stuff and the risk of damaging the sensor.. so I am just sticking to what i have always done.. let soemone else do it properly... i really dont fancy trying it myself.. would worry....

PS I pay 7 quid to ahve my car washed.. I could do that myself..... I am thinking I might be lazy as well hahaha..
