Just wanted to let people know how impressed I have been with the level of service offered by Kevin and the team at Wildlife Watching Supplies.
I ordered a set of the Neoprene Leg Warmers to fit my new Gitzo tripod and they arrived very quickly, however the stitching on the Velcro was not up to standard in a couple of spots. After a quick email it was arranged that I could return them for a replacement set, without any problems.
I then asked if it was possible to make these as a stitched tube rather than with the velcro as I felt it would be a neater solution. Again no problem and Kevin arranged for one leg to be done as a test which arrived in a couple of days and was a great fit. Another email and 24 hrs later and I have the other two neoprene leg tubes.
Just fantastic service from a company who are clearly small enough to care about their customers and listen to suggestions. Cannot recommend highly enough.
