Wild subjects

Hya all,,,, i suppose now i'm approaching 'old fogie' status, but i have been an interested (amateur/semi pro) photographer since my teens. Several years ago i bought a Nikon D200 which is still my main camera, and was my first digital slr. I photograph wildlife, and natural subjects in Dorset, England.

Hya arclight, thanks for the greeting. How is your D700, i have resisted the temptation of the D300 and D300s so far, but the D700 seems like a nice 5 or 6 year investment. I haven't gone into the D700 in depth, but on first impressions it seems to be my kind of camera.
