I know it's a long-shot but does anyone know of a website/resource which shares wifi keys for free public access points? So, for instance, I could have the wifi key for Starbucks in Sheffield city centre without having to ask for it...that sort of thing.

whats wrong with asking for it?

The reason I made the post was because I was in Starbucks yesterday and didn't remember/think to ask for the wifi key when I was served for my drink. Then the Saturday queue formed and I didn't really want to push in to ask.

The question was more for convenience's sake but I shall not push it so as to not upset the do-gooders.

As posted before, If they had sense, they would rotate it in order to force people to purchase in there shops.
If you going to one of these locations, I guess asking at the till is the easiest thing but there is no harm in Googling to try and find some results

I ran retina on my phone for a while, quicker to use hspda internet with current gen phones though :D QUOTE]

Does Rosetta Stone do a tape so I can learn whatever language that is?

have you used rosetta stone cds ? I wanna pick up a language or two (just to a conversational kinda level) and was wondering if these would be a good shout?

every time i see or hear one of those rosetta stone adverts i picture this fictional rosetta stone to be a person with a walk on part on flinstones the cartoons, shes freds filthy house mistress for when wilma goes to the shops.........

I use Rosetta Stone. They're good. I'm only into elementary French at the minute (recapping on GCSE level) but it's going well. It's so interactive that I find it much easier to sit down and work with than I did when I was using the Pimsleur tapes.
