Hi all,


Any recommend any cheap wifi extenders. Don't want to send my wifi to the moon just extend it a small amount so its full bars in all rooms.

probably better off asking in the computer section, press the report button and as a mod to move it.

best option is probably powerline wireless bridges of whichever brand takes your fancy.
 
I have been using the Huawei WiFi extender for about six months now. I am very pleased with it an use it to extend my WiFi net to an area of the house which has an otherwise poor coverage. Set up is easy provided you look at the reviews of other users rather than using the instruction leaflet which is supplied.
 
I use the Bearextender for increasing my wifi range. Really pleased with it. They do both pc and mac versions.

I use Netgear extender WN2000RPT, quite happy with it since I bought it a year ago.

Depends on house size, construction etc. on just how many you may need though.

I had the Huawei one in my Amazon basket before I started the thread so may opt for that one.

I use a Netgear one which was very easy to set up and does an excellent job.
