Wi-Fi Card Question.

Hi, I have an older Canon 1Ds MK II that takes both CF and SD cards if I put a one of these Wi-Fi cards in will it allow me to transfer images straight after the shutter is pressed to my Tablet or Kindle so I can view a larger image result?

they work but the range is very limited
i have been trying to cure the limited range on my 1dx and the best solution i have come across so far is to use a verbatim mediashare wireless device it's basically a portable wireless streaming device about the size of a 2.5inch portable hard drive with up to 9 hours battery life
the unit is really designed act as a hot spot or to share media to tablets or smart phones but can be used as a wireless bridge which is what i use it for
it's small enough to put in your pocket and does extend the range dramatically but i'm struggling with transfer speed at the moment i need to experiment some more to try and speed it up a bit
